If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Constitution, the Constitution prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

7. Member Vehicles
Where a vehicle is accepted, listed, registered, or recognised as a member vehicle of the Club, such acceptance or recognition:

Does not mean the Club has possession, control, custody, or supervision of the vehicle

Does not constitute inspection, certification, endorsement, or approval of the vehicle’s condition, safety, legality, or roadworthiness

Does not create any responsibility or liability on the part of the Club in relation to the vehicle
The owner remains solely responsible for:

The vehicle’s condition, maintenance, compliance, and insurance

Any use, storage, transport, or operation of the vehicle

Any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or connected with the vehicle
The Club accepts no liability for any loss, damage, defect, or claim relating to a member vehicle when the vehicle is not participating in a Club event or located on Club premises.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and within member areas is owned by or licensed to the Club and must not be reproduced without permission.
9. Availability of Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services or membership benefits at any time, subject to the Constitution and applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
